We currently ship orders to both the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping services to any other international destinations at this time.

Free Shipping:
At www.jc-skincare.com, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to our valued customers in the USA but 25$ flat rate for UK and Canada.

Order Processing Time:
Upon receiving your order, our dedicated team will process it within 2-3 days (Mon-Sun). We strive to pack and prepare your items for shipment as efficiently as possible while ensuring the utmost care and quality.

Transit Time:
After your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our trusted shipping partners. The estimated transit time for orders within the USA is 2-3 days ( Mon-Sun)  and for UK, Canada is 10-20 days ( Mon-Sun). Please note that this time frame is only an estimate and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and public holidays.

To ensure your order is processed and shipped on the same day, please place your order before 4:00 PM USA Time Zone. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.
